1. The service — player-to-player only; no involvement in transactions
The Site supports player-to-player trading communities for Old School RuneScape and RuneScape 3. It may show information, tools, listings views, Discord-linked features, and links to third-party pages (for example external storefronts or Discord).
We have no involvement in any transaction between users. We are not a party to trades, do not hold funds or items, do not provide escrow, do not process or route payments for in-game or real-world deals, and do not guarantee, mediate, enforce, or complete any deal. All transactions are solely between the players (or between a player and a third party) at their own risk. Any dispute, loss, or issue arising from a trade is strictly between those users and any third parties they choose to use—not us.
The Site is not Jagex Ltd. and is not an official RuneScape or Grand Exchange product.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and must not be barred from using the Site under applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Accounts and Discord
Many features require you to sign in with Discord. Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your Discord account security and for activity that occurs under your session on the Site.
We may restrict or end access to features if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, risk to others, or a breach of these Terms or community rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
- harass, threaten, doxx, or impersonate others, or scrape or overload our systems;
- circumvent security, probe vulnerabilities without permission, or distribute malware;
- post or submit content that infringes others’ rights, contains illegal material, or violates Jagex’s or any platform’s rules where it would expose us or users to liability;
- use the Site to promote unrelated spam, pyramid schemes, or services that violate game rules or applicable law.
We may remove content, suspend features, or cooperate with authorities where required.
5. User content
You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to run the Site (for example showing listings, reviews, or profile information you choose to provide).
You represent that you have the right to grant that licence and that your content does not violate these Terms or third-party rights.
6. Third-party links and payments
The Site may link to third-party websites (including payment or donation pages for subscriptions, donations, or other purposes). We do not operate those flows as part of any user-to-user trade; we are not involved in your transactions with other players. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Any purchase, donation, or payment you make through a linked page is solely between you and that provider.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Information on the Site may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Nothing on the Site is professional, financial, or legal advice. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability — no liability whatsoever
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator, its owners, operators, affiliates, volunteers, contributors, or anyone acting on their behalf (collectively, the “Released Parties”) be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, costs, claims, demands, actions, or liabilities of any kind whatsoever — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or otherwise — including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or savings; business interruption; loss of or damage to accounts, items, or virtual goods (including in-game currency or items); personal injury; emotional distress; or any other loss or harm — arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, your use of or inability to use the Site, any content, any user, any third-party service, any trade or transaction (whether or not facilitated or mentioned on the Site), or any other matter relating to the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.
If any law in your jurisdiction does not allow the exclusions or limitations in this section, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law. If any court or authority holds that we retain some liability despite these Terms, then our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed zero U.S. dollars (USD $0), except where such a cap is not permitted, in which case it shall be the minimum amount permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or your violation of applicable law. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

Original Site design, text, and code are protected by copyright and other rights. Do not copy or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law or with permission.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
12. General
If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site (subject to the Privacy Policy).
Consumer rights under mandatory local law are not affected where they apply.
